Available Shifts:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and 5:00 PM–last flight
• Part-Time Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM–last flight

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist travelers at Jacksonville International Airport
• Help passengers locate and arrange transportation
• Educate customers on zTrip services and our mission
• Provide directions, transportation guidance, and accessibility assistance
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism
