zTrip is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Airport Transportation Ambassadors to support daily ground transportation operations at Jacksonville International Airport. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a welcoming point of contact for arriving travelers, helping them navigate transportation options and ensuring a smooth, positive airport experience.

Available Shifts

Full-Time

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – Last Flight

Part-Time

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – Last Flight

What You'll Do as an Airport Transportation Ambassador:

As an Airport Transportation Ambassador, you will:

• Greet and assist arriving passengers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Help travelers locate and arrange transportation services
• Provide information about zTrip services and transportation options
• Answer general questions and offer directions throughout the airport transportation area
• Assist passengers with accessibility needs and ensure a positive customer experience
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to support efficient passenger flow
• Represent zTrip as a knowledgeable and welcoming brand ambassador

What We're Looking for as an Airport Transportation Ambassador:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of travelers
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Previous hospitality, customer service, airport, tourism, or transportation experience is a plus
